[Artemisia] Sir Conrad, Arrow Magnet

This is *so* true.   At this past summer's Uprising, I 
fired off a bolt at a front-line spearman who had the 
presence of mind to duck out of the way.  The missile 
continued on and smacked Sir Conrad, who was engaged in a 
strategy session a good 15 yards behind the battle line, 
square in the chest.  The arrow just seemed to be drawn to 
him.  

I watched him shrug as if to say "See what I mean?"  Then 
he headed off to the rez point. 

Sorry 'bout that one, Sir Conrad.
