Greetings and Salutations!

I know HL Thea is very busy with other tasks so I'll take care of some
housekeeping for Collegia.

As you arrive, PLEASE NOTE that this event will be run on REAL TIME not
SCA time from 9am to 6pm. With so much going on it is important that we
stay on task. There are official breaks for Lunch and Dinner built into
the schedule. :)

Other very important stuff.

Elevators. To access the elevator, the easiest way is from the NORTH
entrance of the University Center (stadium side), and and just follow
the ramps. The elevator is in the center of the Atrium. If you should
need extra assistance please ask, we will do our best to find help.
Classrooms are on the 3rd floor.

Please check the main schedule board for updates as there may be new
additions, cancellations and room changes. It is a huge 8x12ft wall you
can't miss. Class descriptions and Announcements will also be posted
there. Classes taught and those attended will be credited towards the
University of Artemisia.

We ask that all Instructors check in at Class Registration when you
arrive. If you are scheduled to teach an opening class please be ready
to go at 10am. To save time, if your course had a fee attached, those
fees will be collected and held for you at registration.

Attendees, if you are planning on taking a class that charges a fee,
please pay in CASH when you register for that class. This will help the
instructors and our assistants a great deal. There is an ATM in the
building as well as several business in the UC that can help with change.

The event schedule is as follows:

9:00AM - Site opens and class registration begins
9:30AM - Brief announcement court
10AM - 1PM Classes
1PM - 2PM Lunch break
2PM - 6PM Classes
6PM - 8PM Dinner Break
8PM - Court and general revelry
11PM Site closes

Sunday: Kingdom War Practice, on the UM Oval at 10am. The University
Center and the UM Mansfield Library will be open for those needing a
warmer spot (or a research field trip).

Again we hope that this weekend will find you a wealth of information
and experiences. If you have questions please send them to HL Theadora
of Trebizond or myself. Travel Safe we look forward to hosting you!!
