Isabeau has the entry address, but I can help with the judging aspect.

Jumping in here...This will of course depend their Majesties' opening
court schedule, but there is a hope to have the judge's meeting at 10am
(or as soon as possible after that) and begin as soon as possible
following that. SO plan on 10:30 for the latest. That gives entrants
around 2.5+ hours for setup and about 5-6 hours for judging. I'd like
to be done with the judging by 5pm (or sooner). We have streamlined alot
of the process so it should go like clockwork as long as everyone pays
attention.

We are still in need of volunteers for judging (and entrants). You do
not have to be a laurel to judge. In fact if you have never judged but
are knowledgeable in a subject and want to learn...give me a buzz, we'll
teach you the ropes! :)

Thanks to all who have already sent in their preregistrations! Entrants
can still register the day of the event but having it early means one
doesn't stand in line!!
