>beeswax,

Go to the orchards or farmers markets and ask the vendors selling
honey. Anyone with bees or who rents bees to orchards will have
beeswax. It may not be purified though so take into account the time
you will spend cleaning it up for your uses.

>wool (both spun and unspun),

Any spinning guild will have vendors, most folks with sheep will sell
wool, me included. The issue is going to be what breed of sheep and
what type of wool you need. There are hundreds of breeds of sheep and
types of wool and all are good for something, but some are better
suited to certain applications than others. My sheep's wool is not
good for most people for next to skin wear but it makes sturdy rugs,
sweaters and outer garments and can felt but takes a while. Merino is
great for a baby blanket but pills terribly when in hard use like
socks and felts if you look at it crossly.

>undyed silk,

For spinning use silk hankies or bells or are you looking for fabric?
All are avail. but not sure what you are looking for.

>and a "recipe" for felt.

What kind of felt? Flat sheets are one thing, shapes are another. The
basic recipe is a felting type of wool, water, heat and friction.
Most folks also add soap but it's not absolutely necessary and needle
felting avoids the water entirely. But beyond that we need to know
what you are making to give you a recipe.
