        Estrella War is President's Weekend  {plus a couple days having
grown so well!}  So if the federal holiday is February 21st,  Monday, count
backwards from there.  Wednesday has been the earliest day to arrive the
last couple years.   Mt guesstimate is the 15th through the 21st.

Caointiarn  {who has the holiday this upcoming year,  but will she have the
ADDITIONAL vacation days?}
