[Artemisia] Spring Fest Auction

No all members do not, some members have had Milpitas mess up their
memberships and are not getting the Sage Advice.  Also many who are not
members may wish to attend your event.  Please be generous and perhaps
elaborate on the details so that your attendance could be open to all.
