Hello!

If you are attending Coronation or have a representative attending,
there will be copies of the Arts and Sciences Handbook for you at
Coronation. These will be on CD and are for use by your group.

If your group does not maintain an Arts Officer, then this CD is to go
to the Seneschal for your group files. Only one CD per group. If your
group does not have a representative attending Coronation, the CD will
be mailed to your group early next week.

At this time I do not have CD copies for sale to the public, but
everything is available for download from the Kingdom Website.

Things to know:

I personally will not be at Coronation: Mistress Annys of Pengrywn (my
Kingdom Deputy) will have the CD's. (Thank you Annys!)

The handbook is a living document, it is not set in stone, I expect
there to be alterations or additions once we start using it.
Suggestions, Comments and Additions should be routed to me via your
local officer reports. We will be producing another CD once the Access
Database is finished later this year, this CD version is get the basic
information out there.

Finally, the official announcement and location for Gryphon's Prize May
A&S Competition should be out late today, but there will be extra
hardcopies of that announcement at the exchequer's table for people to
share, as well as announcements in Court.

Thank you!! Travel safe folks! :)
