... or performances, like Music or Recitation, it takes alot of guts to 
get up and perform and it's even harder when people don't pay attention. 
If one has to talk...please take it somewhere else.  It will allows you 
to hear your speaker, and doesn't spoil it for those who are trying to 
paying attention to the activity. :)
