Added a couple of minor features to the OP.

Display now defaults to only showing official awards - the controls now
include a 'toggle' to set the 'ranking' of awards that you want to see
(i.e. everyone, only people who have awards, only OFFICIAL awards, Only AoA
and up, etc.).  The database is now, incidentally, prepped to deal with
inclusion of 'unofficial' awards.

I've added a link to the 'report generator' to the bottom of the OP listing,
in case anyone needs it.

The online court report page has been updated slightly - the new version is
at:

In addition to its previous job of emailling me a copy of the information
reported in the virtual form, this now also generates and saves the form in
print-ready "pdf" ("Adobe Acrobat Reader" and other viewers) format.  A
listing of (from now on) previously entered online court reports appears on
the right of the screen, where you can load or save copies for your own use.
(Yes, this means you can now safely scrawl court information on the back of
a dirty napkin if you want, and still get a pretty form for printing and
filing once the data is entered and nobody will be the wiser...)

At some point I intend to extend this capability to attempting to
'reconstruct' a printable report form from data in the database, either
for comparison with existing forms (to spot missing data) or to replace
lost or missing forms.  Similarly, I intend to make .pdf available as
an output option for the "Custom OP listing" generator, so if you want
to, you can take the listing down to "Kinko's(tm)" and get a fancy printout of
it on glossy pink paper and have it bound into a book without any additional
labor.

Now, speaking of court reports...

At the very least, I know we just had a coronation - Would someone at least
let me know on which actual date the stepping up of our new Majesties took
place?...
