[Artemisia] Baroness' Champion in Loch Salann 10-23 (SITE has CHANGED)

       The Barony of Loch Salann invites all worthy entrants to join in 
glorious competition for the honor of Baroness Brenna Chaimbeul.
            Baroness’ Champion will feature armored and rapier tournaments to 
test the might and mettle of the residents of the Eldest Barony of Artemesia, 
as well as a competition among the artisans of Loch Salann for the right and 
privilege to champion our fair Baroness.  A&S Competition will follow Kingdom 
guidelines.  Those who vie for the Champion’s title should prepare a minimum 
of five entries in three grand categories.  All written entries should be 
submitted at least one week prior to the event so that they may be honestly 
and 
fairly considered.
Lists shall open at 10AM and close at 11:30AM.  Competition will begin at Her 
Excellency’s discretion.

SITE:
            The site has changed to the Grace Lutheran Church and School, 
located at 1815 E 9800 S in Sandy 
>From I-15 take the 9000 South exit and head east.  Follow this road as it 
curves into 9400 S (this will happen at about 1200 E).  Turn right (head 
south) 
on 1700 E.  Turn left (head east) on 9800 S, and look for Grace on the left 
(north) side of the street.  Take care that you don't turn into the Catholic 
school on the corner.

            
FEES:
            Site fee is $8 for adult members ($11 for adult non-members).  
Children, ages 4-16 are $5.  Member family cap, defined as two adults from 
the 
same address and their children under age 16, shall be $25 (non-member 
surcharge of $3 per person will be added at gate, when applicable).  Make 
checks 
payable to the Barony of Loch Salann.  
            Feast fee is $7.  Reservations requested to the autocrat by 
October 16.  Feast shall be limited to 100.   His Grace, Duke Sir Sean, has 
kindly 
offered to prepare a bounteous dinner to add to the day’s celebration.  The 
menu shall feature: sausage & red pepper quiche, bread and butters, pasta, 
honeyed pork, basalmic vegetables and cake with fruit for dessert.  Contact 
the 
Feast Steward for dietary questions.  It is not necessary to pay either site 
fee 
or feast fee prior to the event.  

VOLUNTEERS:
            Volunteers interested in serving feast should contact the 
autocrat.  Volunteers interested in judging should contact the Baronial 
Minister of 
Arts and Sciences.
