[Artemisia] Dub Essa's Surgery-Update

Greetings!
                Dub Essa's spleenectomy went well.  It was a more 
involved surgery than planned, as her spleen had pretty well fused to 
her other organs.  She will be in the Surgical ICU at University 
hospital overnight, and then move to a room after that.  The best 
news is that her post-surgery platelet count was 212, and that's the 
best it's been in 3 1/2 yrs.
