I have a copy of the schedule you e-mailed to the list almost a month ago. 
That post states that an open Populace meeting is scheduled from 4:30 to  
6:00. Has the Populace meeting been struck from the day's activities?

(If so, this will make a difference in how I schedule the Informal 
Shop-n-Snack at Costume Con-23.)
