[Artemisia] Fire restrictions at Raptor War

Hello All,

Just a quick note...

As long as the fire restrictions in the surrounding
area are not tightened down, the site owner has OK'ed
the use of two centralized fire pits at Raptor War
this year.

However, because fire danger is still high, there will
be no open flames allowed on site other than the
designated fire pits.  That means no tiki torches,
braziers, etc.  Grills and propane cooking appliances,
as well as propane lanterns (with enclosed flames) are
acceptable (although extremely non-period). :-)

Smoking will be allowed only at the designated fire
pits or in your vehicles.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at Raptor!
