[Artemisia] Female White Scarves in Artemisia

The short answer, no.  Currently we have no female DWS.  The last DWS
made in Artemisia was Sionnian Padraig Cambieul (which I thought was
Uprising in 2003, but it could have been 2002 ... I know he was
Captain-General of Black Wing at the time ... on second thought it
probably was 2002).  I can tell you who the next DWS in Artemisia
probably will be, and who I think will probably be the first female
DWS in Artemisia, but one of those is my opinion and the other is the
will of the Crown at Uprising.
