Well Said.  Before I left I never really felt that they neglected their 
home.  On the contrary. It is nice to know that you have someone, who might 
have your interests at heart, out and about.  Something to consider is that 
people who can't travel a lot like to have a center of activity near them.  
Others like the idea of being in a Kingdom that keeps no internal boarders.
