Nope, not a bad Idea and you are never a *twit*.  Just sometimes, perhaps, shocking..
It will become a pretty good idea after adjustments are made and folks quit fainting.  I had to pick myself up off the floor..

Us folks in the North have been reeling over the idea of becoming a Region.
After we get over the shock, people complain, (myself included) and
*everyone* comes together, then ideas of how, what, when, who will come out
of it and move forward to help create this new Northern Region. 

Well, not *everyone* has been reeling, but yes some have.

Soooo, maybe the "throwing it out there" thing wasn't such a bad idea....

Nope, I double-checked, it was a bad idea. But maybe if people keep
thinking about it and discussing it, I won't be *permanently* branded a
twit.
