[Artemisia] A strong Shire is no embarrassment

[Sondra Gibson]

Um, Maistreas Caointiarn and others who might not know him, Sir Daniel was
the 2nd territorial baron of Sentinels' Keep, and a long time resident of
Artemisia.  He's one of 'our' transplants who has been residing in AnTir for
some time now.
