I would suggest that you solicit dates from the respective groups in advance (now would be good if you haven't already). Having attended a number of calendar meetings i know that they tend to take a while. having the calendar set at least first draft is always helpful.A hour to get to the airport for a 4 pm flight? correct me if i am wrong but aren't air travellers supposed to check in at least 2 hours prior to a flight for security reasons?
