Well...an intended private reply of mine went public,
which I much regret.  Nonetheless, my words are my
words, to defend or not, as best I am able.

Without knowing what was sent, I want to say this
much, as the first Defender of the White Scarf made by
the Crown of Artemisia.

The White Scarf is not a peerage.  It cannot be made a
peerage by any particular Kingdom.  For various
reasons, which I won't go into in this post, I don't
believe there should be a specific rapier peerage.

And to make it perfectly plain, anyone who argues that
the White Scarf is, or should be, a peerage, does not
speak for me.
