Yes, Basil I and Renee I - and at Dragon's Tear Tourney, as well. I was 
there
for the brainstorming session, and I take quite a bit of pride in being the
individual who first mentioned (though not the first to think of it, 
most likely)
the girding as being symbolic of trust and a good thing.
