[Artemisia] Convocation, Feast Reservations, Hotels, Motels and Crash space

A calendar meeting, seneschals meeting, chroniclers meeting and I'm going to
assume the Peers and Chivalry wanna meet, but I've heard nothing from either
group.  I'm going to sketch out an agenda tonight, HRM asked for one so they
could plan their day, as I chuckled and said...  Ok, sure.

Oh and I'd also assume you'd want a Marshals meeting too.  Just let me know
what catagories to put in the mix.  :-)  I.E. Knight Marshals, EQ Marshals,
etc.
