I do recall His Grace making a decree at Uprising during His first Reign
that it should cease to precipitate after an intense thunderstorm, and the
Kingdom was devoid of any falling moisture for the next 10 weeks until he
'undid' his command at Raptor War that year and it rained the entire weekend
  of Raptor War.

  That's miracle #2...

I seem to recall a weather-control miracle by a certain King Basil II
at Hellsgate a few years ago..... perhaps there is another saint in
the making. And this one would come with excellent name recognition
  - wouldn't it be cool to say you visited St. Basil's?

Of course, Your Grace, as the Premiere Saint of Artemisia, you will
still attract the most attention ;^)
