...and thus it came to pass that the black knight Morgan, Count of Darkness, 
and the incipient laurel Esebell, Countess of Light, could not attend that 
most ancient and delightsome festival known as Solstice in the year A.S. 41. 
For though this unholy crusader sent word that his ladywife was detained by 
her duties to educate the children of their fief, the heavenly choirs soon 
spread the true cause of his absence far and wide:

The thought of being tailed all day by a pack of eager toddlers with velcro 
angel wings left Morgan quaking in his chrome-plated boots.

However, I do know of another Morgan who most certainly *will* be at 
Solstice--and he'll no longer have a baronial cloak protecting his back....
