I don't usually plague people with forwarded messages but knowing  
some of the folks involved, I am sending this on.  I will add briefly  
that one of my collaborators at the lab almost died a couple of years  
ago of the same causes as also my mother almost did when I was in  
high school.  I have software at work that annoys me with the  
reminders discussed below - I suspect a kitchen time would be a bit  
cheaper...
