[Artemisia] books & crazy idea

Your suggestion is good, but most of the books really
aren't SCA-appropriate.

As for visiting now and again -- Ellen plans on making
Uprising on a regular basis.  (I'm okay with the idea,
but I don't know what my work schedule will be like.) 
Interestingly enough, the drive from my company's CA
location to Salt Lake is shorter than the drive from
Salt Lake to Billings.  So...the occasional southern
Artemisia event may also happen.
