[Artemisia] Estrella Information

To all those planning on attending Estrella this year.  We have received a 
report from Atenveldt about the Estrella War site.  Apparently a couple of 
months ago, a water pump at the Estrella Mountain Park broke.  The Park has 
not been able to afford to replace it, so the "grass" in the park has not 
been watered for months.  In addition, there has been no precipitation in 
that area for months.  So, it's going to potentially be extremely dusty at 
the war this year.

People with respiratory problems or concerns should be prepared with their 
inhalers and other medications.

All this, of course, could change with a little rain in the next three 
weeks.
