Hi Jadwiga!!! :-)

Yes, deadline for **everything** is 1st of the preceding month for the
SAGE. I.E. Feb 1st for the March issue. *(Oh hey everyone, that is
tomorrow)* However, if you have a preferred month you would like your art
to appear, you'll need to try to make arrangements for that WELL in advance
(like 6 months to be more precise) as certain months are reserved for the
Crown. I would also prefer if art work is SENT to the Sage, rather than
having to "find & pull" off the net perdy please.

*Submissions physical size:* The Sage is 8 &1/2 X 11 then folded in
half. Realistically you've got about a 4 X 6 inch area after margins and
titles are placed. So it really is what ever size fits your or my scanner,
then sized down. (No that doesn't mean your art work has to be drawn 4X6, it
can be shrunk to fit) Lord Aaron, my wonderful computer guru who helps with
all the advanced computer technical good-stuff, has become well acquainted
with scanning two large pages and merging the images together if the image
is larger than the scan bed. SO SEND IN THOSE SCROLLS. I will most likely
have to do some size adjustments when I paste it into the document anyway.

*Submission size via electronically:* Well, I've learned with email if it
bounces it is too big, right? :-) I do prefer jpg, tif and gif's in that
order. Lord Aaron prefers TIF's, less converting I think. :-) Also, I
will reply to let you know I have received your item/event. If you don't
get a reply, it didn't make it, try again or feel free to call.

*Permission to Publish:* Submissions DO NEED to be titled or given a number
for a title and listed on the PtP form for record purposes. You can email
it THEN follow up with hard copy if you would like. :-)

Hope I answered your questions! :-) If not, ask away. :-)

SMILES!
Lady Freydis
