Greetings unto you all!

   I would like to extend many heartfelt thanks to the folks who made 
Uprising happen! Your work and dedication showed on so many fronts!
   I would also like to extend a thank you to all the fighters that fought 
in the Champions Tourny! Thank you for picking up the gauntlet I so loudly 
laid down and for making the tourny a fun event. I hope that it will remain 
a staple at future Uprisings...
    Another thank you... As many of you know Sir Uggedei and his camp and 
house suffered a rather sobering event during uprising when our 33 foot 
gathering tent was thrashed by a high wind. Due to some quick thinking by 
household members nobody was seriously injured. I would like to extend a 
deep and heartfelt thank you to all of you who responded to lend us aid in a 
time of struggle. It goes to show the heart of the SCA and its many 
wonderful members and the soul of Artemisia and its populace. I would post 
names but wont for fear of leaving anyone out, however rest assured that yo 
have our thanks and admiration for your selfless help! VIVAT!!!
