        Yes, it is sad to leave folks out.  sometimes i can't hear what's going on either and it's frustrating.  i called and left 'aaron' a message so i am expecting to hear from him this evening.  i also sent malkin his email address so she can better explain.  this is a wonderful idea to get silent heralds.
