[Artemisia] Queen's Tea and Laurel's Prize Tourney

Hope you don't mind, but I added this to the Queens Tea page on the web
site, which has been getting almost daily updates for the last 3 weeks.

Next big project is land allocation which WILL be done in the next 3 days,
so if you are in charge of your group, or are unsure who is, and you have
not already; you may want to contact me right away.

Other than that, and a good deal of layout, prep work and shopping we are
ready to have an amazing Uprising this year!
