[Artemisia] Loch Salaan's new Excellencies...

It was announced in court that their Majesties were very grateful to all
the couples that had entered letters of intent however, His Grace Sean
and Lady Nissa have been selected to be Loch Salann's next Baron and
Baroness. They will be invested at Solstice Court in December.
