In my not so humble opinion, People who would do evil things to pets should
be shot.  Or tortured slowly...

I have a colony of feral cats that live at my place, that I feed and try to
provide a bit of shelter for.  Odd thing is, the first 3 showed up just
about now, 2 (or 3?) years ago.  Solid black kitties.  All but 2 of the
feral cats are black.  As are the 3 kittens that I managed to capture this
summer, who are soon to be 'altered'.   (Anyone have a home to offer to a
sweet little black ball of fluff?  I have a female that's about 8 weeks
old...)  Really - having so many cats around is a nuisance, but I sure
couldn't hurt them... or let anyone else hurt them...
