[Artemisia] Problem fixed

Sorry to interupt, but if anyone has tried to send e-mail to any of the
@uprisingwar.org addresses in the last two weeks, please resend them.  There
was an error with some "watchdog" antispam site that somehow got our IP in
their system.  This (after a few go rounds) has been fixed and all is well
again.  I thank everyone for their patience.
