Indeed.  The cheesecake I made out of Platina uses ginger to enhance the
flavor, in place of the sour cream/vanilla in modern cheesecakes, and a
splash of rose water over the top (or orange blossom water when your
lovely
spouse 'puts away' the rose water...somewhere) to give it a bouquet.

It also used 13 eggs, pound and a half of butter, equalish sugar, and
equalish cheese.
