[Artemisia] Dessert Buffet will accept non-period items

Greetings.
The dessert buffet after Coronation will accept almost all
contributions.  I'd prefer not to have blatantly mundane items, like
Oreo Cookies.  But if that's all that shows up, I'll put them on a
platter and you all can munch on them.

Her Majesty will review the donated items and award tokens for her favorites!
