[Artemisia] Uprising directions

Both exits get you to Shelly if you turn the right way, the one listed is
easiest.

Okay, maybe I'm a little confused.  The directions on the website and in the
Sage say exit 108 is Shelly and Mapquest says Shelley is exit 113.  Are
there two towns with the same name spelled differently, or am I jreally
lost?  Esther
