[Artemisia] Uprising XXI

I believe His Then-Highness referred to that as "a light sprinkle, to highlight the few potholes here and there".

Much like this past Sunday was "a tad breezy".


Makes you wonder what would actually make him say "the weather is horrible", and whether or not mankind could survive it, doesn't it?
