Gee...sounds a tad bit like someone else I know!
--Maire, reminding her fellow vertically-challenged individuals that that grass actually would be knee-high, if we weren't built like hobbits....

His Grace was kind enough to let us bring our dog
with us when we were out at the site doing the set-up
work for the bloomery. On Sunday the 10th, Sean and I
were out at the site with the weed whacker and the rakes
and the shovels - and the dog - to get the vegetation
shortened in the Bloomery area. Now, it helps to know
that the top of my dog's head is just about 30 inches -
she's a long lanky leggy mutt who loves to run. She
LOVES Alan's farm because she can run and run and
run and run. She's a very boingy dog and sort of bounces
as she runs through the tall grass at Alan's farm. It would
be hard to keep track of her if she didn't bounce as she
runs, her ears and nose barely popping up over the top of
the >30 inch tall "knee-high" grass with each gait...

  ttfn
Therasia (ducking and running along with the dog...)
