[Artemisia] Lost Items at Uprising

Good Cousins,

I have seen people posting about their lost items at Uprising, including myself, but I have not seen anyone responding directly to these posts. I'm sure there are even people that don't realize they have missing items yet d/t mundane chaos....could a list be posted of the items that were found, including pictures? I know that is alot of work but it might be easier to "show" the item vs "describing" them.

I for one am desperate to find my lost item and would be grateful to anyone who can direct not only me, but everyone else to the person/persons that is in charge of the Lost & Found.

Indeed, VIVAT!!! I'm so happy about Artemisia's performance in this area that I think I'll finally get around to submitting *my* device this month! :-)

I fully support this, and thank you to Lady Belladonna for actually doing the research to give us such a simple answer to the dilemma.

Padruig, might I note that this is MUCH better than "boffer", as we are not simply turning the kids loose with Nerf (tm) swords, but actually requiring protective gear, weapon standards, and Rules of the List be followed? This is not nearly as much play as it is early training for Rapier and Armored Combat (which, admittedly, is how the big kids play).

Your Majesties, Highnesses, Duke Allan, Baroness Juliana, and Don Maestro Azir, I also petition that "boffer" be replaced with "waster" in ALL of our documents. We call our rattan sticks by the proper names for real weapons in period, let us do the same for the padded weapons our Pages use.

What a GREAT word. Boffer sounds silly, like one is making marshmallows or
something . Waster Practice. Waster Tournaments. Now, that sounds like
something.

I recommend to the Earl Marshal and Their Majesties that the Kingdom of
Artemisia officially change the name of Youth Combat to Waster Combat.
