[Artemisia] uprising pre-reg

Len & I got ours on May 8th.. You wouldn't know if
they will allow a transfer of registration?
Len's Dad (80) had emergency surgery this last week
and after sitting in the ICU for a week we are
thinking that we had better not got that far away from
 his parents.
