[Artemisia] Archery reports

Good gentles,

A gentle reminder to the warranted archery marshals out there, that reports are
due on the 15th of the month.

There will be changes coming, in what information will be expected in those
reports, but for now, please inlcude the following info:

1. Indicate what days practice was held on.
2. How many archers at each of those practices. (indicate SCA member status)
3. How many archers utilized loaner equipment.
4. The state of your loaner equipment. (how many bows/arrow/armguard/tab-glove,
and general condition).

There will be changes in required information, after the first of the year.
