Greetings one and all:

There are still feast reservations available for the Kingdom A&S May 3rd in
Loch Salann:
Here is the menu for the feast to be served.

The feast will be a 16th century English feast.
Opening:
Lady Allegretza from Arrow's Flight will make the bread.
We will add fresh spiced cheese & Butter.
There will be pickled fresh vegetables & eggs.
1st Course: Salat accompanied by an egg pie with a hot onion sauce
2nd Course: Chicken in almond milk served on rice. Alternate (allergies
etc.) beef meatballs in a brown sauce & rice.
Closing: Sweet Cake with a strawberry fruit sauce.

My apprentice Lord Bjorn in Mikli will head the on-site cooking team since I
will be involved with the competition. We've worked on the menu together
and I will be doing some of the advanced cooking - like the cakes.
