[Artemisia] Feb 11th: Last Day for Estrella War Pre-reg/Merchant Refund Requests

Estrella War XXIV (Feb 12-18, 2008) approaches, and the War Staff would like
everyone to know that February 11, 2008 is the absolute FINAL deadline to
submit either a request for a refund of a pre-registration fee, or a request
for refund of merchant fees. No refunds will be considered for any reason if
the refund request is postmarked or E-mailed after February 11, 2008.

So, if you wish a refund because you purchased a pre-registration or
registered as a merchant and are now unable to attend Estrella War XXIV, you
must follow the instructions on the website, AND submit your refund request
by February 11th.

In the last month, lots of new information has been added to the Estrella
War XXIV website (www.estrellawar.org).  Here's a sample:
 
- Updated schedule of Heavy Combat scenarios to add "for fun" Open Field
Battle on Saturday, add Siege to several scenarios, define helm tape colors
for the two Allied realms, and show "starting positions" for forces in each
scenario (HEAVY COMBAT page)

- Updated schedule of A&S Classes (COLLEGIUM page)

- Updated schedule of Special Events (SPECIAL EVENTS page)

- List of Merchants and map of Merchants Row (MERCHANT ROW page)

- Links to online land allocation for Caid, Outlands and Artemisia (LAND
ALLOCATION page)

The Estrella War XXIV website has a wealth of information about the Estrella
War XXIV to be held Feb 12-18, 2008 at Canyon Moon Ranch in Florence, AZ. If
you're considering scheduling a winter vacation to attend the event next
year, your planning should start with looking at the Estrella War website!
