[Artemisia] Uprising Dates

According to the May/June 1994 Argus, Uprising VIII was held at the Indian
Springs Campground. And I'm pretty sure the one the year before that was
there as well. when we held the roving fencing tourney where you were the
sherriff --wasn't that one of  your first events? Cheers, KyneWynn
