On the other hand, if mundane Allen Hall should decide entirely on his own that the site rent for the event known as Uprising [WOULD INCREASE X AMOUNT] with the caveat that X% of said rent will be used for improvments on the property as he sees fit, there would be absolutely no problem with that.
