Or someone who was not a representative of the SCA, an individual or a
household perhaps, could set up a fund-raiser that does not involve
any officially sanctioned group. Therefore corporate regulations would
not be an issue and participants at Uprising or other events would not
be compelled to contribute extra if they could not or chose not to
afford it.
