[Artemisia] Funding improvements at The Farm

Having been a part of setting this years prices for Uprising, I can assure
everyone, the thought of upgrades to the site were in no way part of the
considered budget. Prices are based on expected costs as in all previous
years regardless of site. Mr and Mrs Hall collect a flat site rental fee
they do with as they see fit (which I understand does include future
improvements, but these are not part of the site fee.) As a group those of
us in the barony (and many many more outside of it who come to visit) are
already planning to come out and help Alan and Amy with what improvements we
can, be that sweat for those of us poor, or finacial or material gifts to
the land for those who can.

Sorry for the interuption, but I wanted to make this one clear before it got
caught up in the rumor mill.

May I suggest that we could have a fundraiser for this express purpose at
Uprising this year and perhaps do this on a ongoing basis rather than adding
to the event fees themselves. That way those with the wherewithall to
contribute to the beautification of the site can do so and those who have
less funds at their disposal are not discouraged from attending becasue of
the extra cost.
