[Artemisia] Uprising--do I need to pack the WeedWhacker?

Last year the Uprising site was not mown prior to the event because it had rained so much the week before (at least this is my understanding of what happened).  This year has been very wet--will the site be mown or should I bring my WeedWhacker?
