The site opens at 10, and court will begin according to their excellencies decision. The special events performances, dancing will take place throughout the day. The idea here is that such entertainments were often part of holding court so the tournaments and the arts and sciences competetions and the childrens activities will be planned after opening announcents and, as with everyting else, at the liesure of their Excellencies. 

Tentetivly the schedule looks like this...

10:00am Site opens
11:00am Court opens
12:00pm Tournies begin, Arts and Sciences begin, Childrens activities begin. Sideboard opens
9:00pm Court closes
10:00pm Site Closes
