I'm afraid you are incorrect.  The federal maxiumum is 200 gallons if 
there are 2 or more adults living in the home where brewed is taking 
place.  If there is only 1 adult, you are restricted to 100 gallons.  Any 
state laws would only be able to reduce, not increase that amount.
